This is block number 80 in the Farmer’s Wife quilt a long… I had a hard time deciding on the next block to do, so hard that I thought about quitting 2 blocks in, ha, ha. I wanted to fussy cut the center and this little girl worked out well. She’s from Aneela Hoey’s Sherbet Pips line, you may remember the wall hanging based on this design as well, it’s blogged below. I had a bit of a time getting the corners to line up well, especially the upper left… I had to redo that seam and it’s a mess on the back. 🙂 I figure when it’s all quilted and washed you won’t notice. This is the second block that has come out at 6.75 x 6.75 so I’m just going to go with it and make them all that way. 🙂
